Ticket Policy

All Sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. This ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as PERFORMING ARTS TICKETS. If your tickets are being mailed to you, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the performance if you do not receive your tickets so we may reprint them for you upon your presenting the Order Confirmation, credit card used in the purchase and proper photo identification. Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund. Inclement weather is not a cause for refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage of www.okcphilharmonic.org.

All persons entering the theater, including babes in arms, must have a ticket. "Classics" and "Pops" series concerts are recommended for children ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 5 will be refused admission. Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the facility staff. Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.

Tickets purchased through this website are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy. If we cancel your order, or hold your tickets for box office pick-up (with photo ID), we will contact you via email within two business days.

Student Rush

Students attending independent of parents with a high school or college I.D. (up to age 25 years) are invited to take advantage of the "Student Rush" program. Any available seat in the house is only $5 during the 20 minutes immediately prior to the start of a performance for regularly scheduled Philharmonic concerts (does not apply to special engagements). Seat locations are at the discretion of management. College students may also be required to provide a photo ID for proof of age. Limit one per person.

Gift Certificates Are Great Gifts!

Gift certificates can be purchased in denominations of $5 increments and are redeemable for OKC Philharmonic concerts. Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Purchase gift certificates by phone or in person at the Philharmonic ticket office.

Group Sales

Groups of 20 or more are eligible for discounts to all regular Philharmonic season concerts. Groups enjoy savings of $4 off any ticket. To start planning, contact the OKC Philharmonic ticket office or send us a message online.

Civic Center House Policy

No smoking facility.  This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked and admission refused upon refunding the printed price thereon.  Convenience charge is not refundable.  The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating facility rules, local, state, or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.  Cameras, video equipment, and recording devices are expressly forbidden in, or on, facility premises and subject to confiscation.  No re-entry to facility on ticket stubs.  No bottles, coolers, or containers allowed in facility.  The building management, producer, its agents and participants assume no liability for any injury sustained by ticket holder while in attendance at this event.  No refunds or exchanges.  Not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.  Event, time, and/or date subject to change.
