Directions:
From I-40 West (heading East)
Exit onto Walker Avenue North (left).
Continue North on Walker for approx. ½ mile to Colcord.
Civic Center will be on your left.

From I-40 East (heading West)
Exit onto Robinson “Downtown” North.
Turn right and continue North on Robinson 2 blocks to Reno Avenue.
At Reno, turn left (West) and continue on Reno approx. 4 blocks to Walker Ave.
At Walker, turn right (North) and continue approx. ½ mile to Colcord.
Civic Center will be on your left.

From I-35 South (heading North)
Take “Downtown” exit west onto I-40.
Follow directions for “From I-40 East,” above.
From I-35 (235 Broadway Extension) North (Heading South)
Take “Downtown” exit West at 6th Street
Turn right onto 6th Street and continue west approximately ¾ mile to Hudson.
Turn left (South) onto Hudson Avenue.
Continue South on Hudson for approx. ¼ mile to Couch.
Turn right (West) onto Couch.
Civic Center will be in front of you on the left.

Restrooms
Restrooms are available on every level of the Civic Center. On the main floor, doors to the ladies facilities can be found on the red wall in the atrium lobby. Gentleman's facilities are near the coat check on the south wall behind the main elevators. On the upper seating levels, restrooms are on the north wall in the alcove.

Telephones and ATM
There are no public telephones or ATM available at the Civic Center. The nearest ATM is at Walker and 5th Street at the Bank of America drive through.

Coat Check
The Philharmonic provides coat check for $3 per coat; $2 per hat; $1 per umbrella.

Smoking
The Civic Center is a completely non-smoking venue.

Disability Seating and Parking
Seeating for people using wheelchairs can be reserved at the Civic Center based on availability. Advance notice is required because seats need to be physically removed from the theater to accommodate.

Disability parking is available on both the north and south sides of the Civic Center. This is also based on availability and cannot be reserved.

Volunteer Ushers at CCMH
The "STARS" usher group is a volunteer program of the Civic Center Music Hall. The program is managed solely by the administration of the theater and the Philharmonic pays for their services. Any communication regarding the usher staff at performances should be directed to the Civic Center. Link here for information about becoming a volunteer usher.
