OKC Philharmonic WIN A BEATLES BOX SET Overall Contest Rules

This contest is online entry contest only. Fill out the entry form at www.okcphilharmonic.org/contest. Include your Full Name, Birth year, City where you live and your Phone number. All entrants and Contests winners must be 18 years or older and must, upon request, provide proof of age, be legal residents of the State of Oklahoma. Only one entry per household, per person, per email address, Only one winner per household, per contest. The OKC Philharmonic is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, misdelivered or incomplete entries. Winners will be chosen from a random drawing from all eligible entries. All entries must be submitted online by 2pm (CST) on Thursday, November 5, 2009.
Prize One prize will be awarded to include the complete box set of the Stereo Remaster of THE BEATLES and Four (4) Box Seats for the performance of Classical Mystery Tour with the OKC Philharmonic on either Friday or Saturday, November 6 or 7, 2009.
How to Enter
Fill out completely the entry form at www.okcphilharmonic.org/contest. No other entry will be accepted. Go to www.okcphilharmonic.org/contest-rules and look for complete rules & regulations All Electronic entries must be received 2pm. Sponsor(s) will not be responsible for lost, late, forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void; telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception and/or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Company which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted. Odds of winning Prizes depend on the number of eligible entries. Decisions of the judges are final. There are no prize or cash substitutions. Employees of Contest Sponsors and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this Contest. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. This Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
Winners
Winners will be determined in random drawings from all eligible entries. The decision of the judges is final. Winners will also be notified by phone. Winners must acknowledge the notification by phone call made to Company no later than 2 days after the contest drawing or the prize will be forfeited. Company is not responsible for late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify prize winners or to acknowledge receipt of notification. Each winner will be required to execute a declaration of eligibility that winner has complied with all the rules. Sponsor(s) and all prize-supplier companies from all liability for damages or personal injury in connection with the winner's use of the prize goods or services) and consent that the Sponsor(s) and anyone it/they may authorize may without compensation use winner's name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the Contest or the Sponsor(s) for purposes of advertising and promotion. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of correctly answered entries received. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest.
Qualification
The Contest is open to legal residents of Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older. Employees (including immediate family members) of OKC Philharmonic, and other contractual players, part-time or occasional workers of the OKC Philharmonic are ineligible to participate or win
All entries become the sole property of the OKC Philharmonic and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work, and grant to the Philharmonic the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice or compensation.
All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the offices of The OKC Philharmonic at 428 West California, Suite 210, Oklahoma City OK 73102 (business hours 9am-5pm M-F and 10am-2pm Saturday). Winners must present valid photo identification. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. OKC Philharmonic is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
Compliance with Law Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from the OKC Philharmonic.
